Sponsored by Jazwares, the DEI program will take place Sept. 21 during The Toy Association’s Preview & Holiday Market

ypn-logoAugust 23, 2022 | The Toy Foundation (TTF) is inviting young toy professionals to attend its Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Program, sponsored by Jazwares, which will take place during The Toy Association’s 2023 Preview & 2022 Holiday Market on September 21 on the 12th floor of the Dallas Market Center. The program will be held from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Additionally, interested young professionals are invited to serve as mentors to student attendees from the University of North Texas (UNT) at Dallas.

The DEI program is designed to provide key industry insights to all show attendees and attract the next generation of talented individuals to join the Association’s Young Professionals Network (YPN). The agenda will focus on inclusivity in all sectors of the toy industry, career opportunities in toys, the importance of authenticity in the workplace, and how to collectively grow the toy industry with inclusivity at its core.

A special “Lunch with the Pros” will offer an opportunity for young professionals to speak one -on-one with UNT students to share their experiences and offer guidance as the students navigate the start of their career journey.

Those interested in participating in the DEI program and serving as a mentor may reach out to Bernadette Boyle, senior director of member services for The Toy Association.

TTF’s DEI program is open to all trade show attendees. The full agenda and additional information is available here.
