U.S. Ban on Goods from China’s Xinjiang Region Takes Effect June 21

The Toy Association is reminding members that manufacture in China that a U.S. ban on all goods made in whole or in part from the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region (XUAR) will take effect June 21. Companies are encouraged to verify their supply chains ahead of the deadline and prepare to validate that the goods were produced outside XUAR if challenged by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP).
