Toy Fair™ is 94 Percent Sold Out: Lock in Your Exhibit Space Today

February 21, 2023 | Toy manufacturers worldwide are busy preparing for the highly-anticipated Toy Fair™, the most iconic event in the toy industry. Taking place September 30 to October 3 at the Javits Center in New York City, the show has already sold 94 percent of its available booth space.

With seven months left to go until Toy Fair opens, companies that have not already signed on to exhibit are encouraged to secure their spot before the show is completely out of space.

toy-fair-turnkey-boothFor the first time, Toy Fair is offering a variety of turnkey exhibit options for companies looking for a hassle-free way to showcase their products and meet potential partners. By choosing the turnkey exhibit option, companies can arrive in New York City, set up their product, and start doing business right away without having to worry about the details of booth preparation. Package options include graphic headers, track lights, carpet, display shelving, material handling, and more — allowing exhibitors to move in and out of the show with ease.

“When an exhibiting company chooses the new turnkey exhibit option, they can rest easy knowing they will not need to worry about the logistics of their booth and can concentrate on their product display, making their appointments, and getting ready to do business at Toy Fair,” said Kimberly Carcone, executive vice president of global market events at The Toy Association.

Toy Fair remains the industry’s most influential event for toymakers, retailers, the global media, licensors, inventors, and everyone across the play ecosystem. In addition to a new fall timeline and an even more welcoming and interactive experience for attendees, Toy Fair will once again host educational sessions and introduce new opportunities for exhibitors that this new fall timeframe provides.

“The level of interest and participation demonstrates the industry's eagerness to come together in-person after a challenging couple of years, and to showcase new products to the media, engage with customers, and connect with industry peers,” Carcone continued. “The excitement surrounding Toy Fair 2023 is a clear indication of the event's continued relevance and importance to the toy industry, and bodes well for the future of the industry as a whole.”
