Member Opportunity: Feature Your Toys in The Genius of Play’s Spring Giveaway

February 24, 2023 | The Genius of Play is preparing to launch its “Great Toybox Refresh” giveaway, which encourages families to discover joy through mindful, creative, and screen-free play, while also offering an opportunity to refresh their toy collections with engaging and educational options. Toy Association member companies are invited to submit their playthings to be featured in one of the daily giveaways.

“Spring cleaning is not limited to closets, cabinets, and the garage; it is also the perfect time for parents to sort through the toy box and consider donating toys and games their kids have outgrown that are still in good condition,” said Anna Yudina, senior director of marketing initiatives at The Toy Association. “The Genius of Play’s ‘Great Toybox Refresh’ giveaway is an excellent opportunity for our members to showcase their products that may introduce kids to new hobbies, creative outlets, or educational play.”

Selected products will be featured across Genius of Play’s social media channels throughout April and May, inviting consumers to learn about the benefits of play offered by each toy and enter for the chance to win one of the items. Companies may also take advantage of The Genius Play’s assets on their own channels for promotions.

To reserve a spot in the campaign, members can complete the online form by Friday, March 10. Participation is free and open exclusively to Toy Association members. Companies will be responsible for shipping products to winners. For more information, contact The Toy Association’s Janis Zegman.
