Canadian toy safety standards are established, interpreted and enforced by Health Canada.
In addition, some products may be subject to additional Provincial Regulations. The Canadian Toy Association works to provide regulators with accurate data and information to inform the work done in establishing and reviewing national and provincial standards.
While playing with toys is important, safe, fun and beneficial, we strongly encourage parents and guardians to carefully review all labels and warnings. Questions or comments should be addressed through the contact information provided on the packaging, or at the point of sale.
