The Genius of Play’s Summer Giveaway to Feature 26 Member Companies

June 21, 2022 | With summer vacation just around the corner, The Genius of Play's “The Great Play Escape” campaign will feature travel-ready and travel-themed toys across its Facebook and Instagram channels to inspire families to play, whether they are heading off on a trip or spending time at home.

The campaign spotlights 26 Toy Association member companies in daily giveaways with posts that highlight how their playthings can help fuel kids’ next escape, whether it be physical or imaginary. For example, toys like FoxMind’s GoPop! Mini Bundle and LeapFrog’s 100 Things That Go are perfect for keeping little hands busy and minds occupied on road trips, while FlyBar’s Swurfer Coconut My First Baby Swing and Starlux Games’ Starlux Pool Party allow families to have fun in their own backyards.

Open exclusively to Toy Association member companies, the campaign was a free promotional opportunity that allowed participants to tap into The Genius of Play’s social media audience of parents, caregivers, and educators and showcase the developmental and fun aspects of their playthings.

Consumers can enter “The Great Play Escape” giveaway by commenting on a post, which helps drive organic engagement. The Genius of Play is also promoting the campaign on its website and to its email subscribers.
