Walmart, Target, Amazon & More Commit to Fall Show in Dallas

June 10, 2022 | The Toy Association’s first in-person tradeshow since February 2020 is taking place this fall in Dallas, and schedules are already filling up quickly.

Walmart, Target, Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Learning Express, BJ’s Wholesale Club, Macy’s, Toys“R”Us Canada, Mastermind Toys, Urban Outfitters, and Spencer’s are among the many retailers that have so far committed to the Preview & Holiday Market, taking place September 20 to 22 at the Dallas Market Center in Texas.

A wide range of exhibitors – from Basic Fun! and Jazwares to Learning Resources/Educational Insights, PlayMonster and Melissa & Doug – have also signed on to preview their 2023 lines and showcase their hot holiday toys for 2022. Check out the floorplan here.

“We’re gearing up for an incredible marketplace! For many of us, this is the first in-person trade show in nearly three years, and a chance to move businesses forward, make meaningful connections with partners, and lay the groundwork for a successful 2023,” said Kimberly Carcone, senior vice president of global market events at The Toy Association.

“It’s also an exciting opportunity to spotlight holiday ’22 product in front of media and buyers and to attend the Toy of the Year (TOTY) Awards & Opening Night Party, where you can celebrate the hottest toys of the year with food, drinks, and friends. We look forward to reconnecting and celebrating the toy industry’s innovation and creativity this fall!”

Toy companies interested in exhibit space can find out more here. Attendees (including retailers, distributors, importers, wholesalers, sales representatives, and government employees) may register to attend free of charge.

And don’t forget to nominate your toys, games, and properties for a chance to win a TOTY! The deadline to submit nominations is July 8.
