toy-fairMarch 29, 2024 | As the countdown to Toy Fair® 2025 begins, The Toy Association™ has announced that general exhibitor applications are now open for the iconic event, taking place March 1 to 4, 2025 at the Javits Center in New York City. Potential exhibitors can apply to secure booth space in specific product zones, private meeting suite space, opt-in for turnkey packages, and lock in sponsorship opportunities.

Expected to once again welcome thousands of buyers, play professionals and members of the global media, Toy Fair 2025 will feature an immersive experience for all show attendees.

Following its success in 2023, the visual merchandising initiative will return at the upcoming show, requiring exhibitors to make product visible in at least 20 percent of their aisle-facing exhibit space. This program caters to the engagement needs of the buying community and maximizes media attention, serving as an advantageous way to showcase the latest innovations and effectively engage with attendees.

Toy Fair will also host the second annual Reimagination Awards, rewarding exhibitors with their stand-out displays. Exhibit booths will be judged by a panel of retailers, media, trade show experts, and toy professionals based on creativity, effectiveness, presentation, and overall structure. The judges will award exhibitors in each of the four categories: Connection, Out-of-the-Box, Powerfully Playful, and Warm Welcome. Winners will be announced during the show. The return of Toy Fair also brings back the industry’s top educational programming with Toy Fair University. Taking place throughout all four days of the show, the initiative is designed to bring together the strongest thought leadership in the global toy and play industry. Topics will cover latest industry and retail trends, IP protection, compliance issues, licensing strategies, and more.
