Toy Fair® Exhibitors Invited to ‘Freshman Class’ Educational Session

October 18, 2024 | The Toy Association will host an "Exhibitor Academy" webinar on December 3 at 2 p.m. (Eastern) that will provide first-time Toy Fair® exhibiting companies and staff all the information they need to prepare for the show, taking place March 1 to 4 at the Javits Center in New York City. Registration is now open for first-time exhibitors.

The session, “Freshman Class,” will help prepare toymakers with information they need to make their first-time exhibiting experience as seamless and rewarding as possible. Topics will include an overview of the exhibitor kit, how to ship product for their booth, moving into the show and setting up exhibit space, booking a hotel, staff registration, and more.

“Whether you're new to the industry or just new to Toy Fair, this session is a must-attend and will ensure that you have all the information you need to make the most of your time at the show,” said Kimberly Carcone, executive vice president of global market events at The Toy Association. “Our goal is to give you all of the tools and knowledge you need to have an outstanding exhibiting experience and make a lasting impression at Toy Fair.”
