Toy Fair® Media Impressions Reach 3.5 Billion: Read the Recap Report

March 24, 2025 | The Toy Association’s Toy Fair® 2025 Media Recap is now available. The report provides insight into global media coverage for the largest toy tradeshow in the Western Hemisphere, which took place March 1 to 4 in New York City.

Coverage for the event was extensive, generating more than 3.5 billion media impressions across print, online, radio, and TV outlets leading up to and during Toy Fair.

“Press coverage generated at Toy Fair amplified exhibitors’ products and stories to millions of consumers, helping to drive excitement for the latest innovations in toys and play,” said Adrienne Appell, executive vice president of marketing communications at The Toy Association™, producer of Toy Fair. “Media representation at this year’s show spanned top-tier traditional outlets such as broadcast networks and print publications, as well as digital platforms and prominent kid and family content creators. This broad coverage helped exhibitors to forge new media relationships as well as get their products in front of journalists and influencers for gift guides, business stories, and TV segments covering the hottest toys coming out this year.”

Product preview meetings taken with exhibitors leading up to the show further bolstered the Toy Fair PR team’s ability to attract coverage on a range of topics, including holiday shopping predictions, timely consumer toy trends, and the impact of tariffs on the toy industry.
